WinBinder: The native Windows binding for PHP

The current release of WinBinder is Version 0.46.0 (alpha). Look at the changelog for the complete list of changes.

This setup application will install itself automatically. It contains the Windows binaries, source code and sample applications, and it will optionally download the minimal PHP files that are required to run WinBinder. Download locations are:
